Watah Theatre Staff is made up of paid Watah Theatre Youth Employees courtesy of the YES Program and of exchange-based emerged Artists-In-Residence of The Sorplusi Institute who barter their expertise through the Work Energy Exchange program (WEE).  

 

The WEE program represents an alternative economic structure that ensures that a lack of finances does not become a hinderance to participation in The Watah Theatre nor The Sorplusi Institute's programming. It also supports a non-hierarchical leadership model which is consistent with The Sorplusi Method.
